Staffs were very friendly and pleasant, service orientated. hotel is very near by to main attractions. Rooms are kept clean, toilets are clean. Staffs greet with smile each morning. I would like to compliment staffs, Swetha, Sumaya, Santosh and Bala. They were very cheerful and helpful.

We had a terrific housekeeper, Arun. He went above and beyond to make our visit pleasant. Good price on laundry.

Excellent housekeeper, Arun. He was outstanding. Kept our room clean got our laundry and left us a peacock made of towels on our bed. This is a nice hotel. Laundry done very well for a good price. The bar was very nice as was the restaurant. Didn’t give 5 because the bed was a little hard.

Rooms were very clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our housekeeper Arum had a peacock made up for us on our bed when we came back one night! Breakfast was just average with most of the food Indian and little American. Did not eat lunch or dinner here.

This was an old structural building but was cleaned and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had to use the google translation to communicate with the front desk. The rooms were cleaned and large . In the bathroom there were all sort of toiletries available on the counter. Food was very good and delicious. We had our laundry done which I had done . I was a little apprehensive about my linens but it was done very well. The porters were available and very helpful with the two day stay. Our porter Arun we all appreciated his professionalism and was very helpful.

Ms Swetha ensured our check in and check out experience was smooth and fast and her ever accommodating nature and smile we will always chose to return to this hotel, additionally the dinning Hall staffs were exceptionally polite and eager to fulfil our request, adding to our satisfaction in staying in this hotel
